      This is     going to be a fine party!  We will be popping corks on som
 e fantastic     sparkling wines and doing a sabering demonstration with spe
 cial guest and     presenter Allisun Groat. Allisun represents some pretty 
 incredible     sparkling producers.  We'll dive into the differences in pro
 duction     styles/techniques, the different grapes used in sparkling wines
 , and learn     about the different areas where sparkling wine is made.  Di
 d I mention     that we are tasting some pretty incredible wines?  We'll ta
 ste     through a couple nice Proseccos, do a comparative Brut Cremant and 
 Cremant     Rose' tasting, plus a comparative tasting of Schramsberg which 
 is perhaps     the best sparkling producer in California.  Oh yeah, we'll a
 lso be     tasting a Grande Reserve Champagne from Gosset, the oldest Champ
