 a close look at Portugal’s famous Douro Valley and the fortified red  wines
  produced there for hundreds of years with Jesse Balsimo of Amara  Wines. W
 e will explore a range of aged Tawnies,  Late Bottle Vintage  (LBV), a 1997
  Colheita, Vintages, and even an White Port from the oldest  and one of the
  most renowned Port makers in the world, C.P. Kopke.  You  will learn the h
 istory, how they are made, discuss the different label  lingo, and how to d
 rink them. Class includes tasting of 5 ports paired  with artisian cheese a
 nd housemade truffles while you sip, listen, and  learn!</p><p><em><strong>
